Mid style bottom bracket from Federal Bikes. The Federal Mid BB comes with two precision sealed Mid BB bearings, Drive and None Drive cone spacers, one internal tube spacers (50mm) and a variety of axle spacers for that perfect setup. Available in 19mm, 22mm and 24mm.

With forged construction being the cheaper option these days its not surprising that most reputable BMX companies are offering them. The Federal Element Stem features a 50mm Reach and a regular 32mm Rise. Featuring etched logos on the face plate and rear of the stem as well a recessed area for your fork top cap for that clean finish.
